I am looking for complete free PCB 3D library (VRML,STEP,IGES)
components ,i using Altium 6.9 , can any one help me for
that?

You just have to search and save, creating an acoount is free and easy

Join the sit wizpic has linked to, I have a full IPC782 3d library (somewhere) all downloaded from there.

It is easy to do and you get them in the format you want very easily.

Just remember to untick the option about "remind me to rate this model" otherwise you get emails for each model you download

First: I say thanks for all

Second : I found good way to get 3D components library from Altium itself by extracting every library package in( Altium Designer 6/Library)directory and got large library for simicondectors .
