tell me the steps in designing an ic and where can i get cadence virtuoso layout editor and leonardo specturm ......... tell also about the use of layout editor

I don't think it is something that can be explained in a forum thread, there is a lot of knowledge to acquire in addition to just layout drawing. I won't share software but I would be please to help you. Just contact me on gmail.
