What is an easy way to get this waveform?

Integrating a constant current using a capacitor

V = I * t / C

And reversing the current polarity at t = 2seg. Using an opamp comes to mind..

but you don't consider the amplitude of the wave, it's from GND to VDD.
so, in circuit realization, it will have difficulty to actually reach this amplitude
level, I think.

First, u charge the capacitor with a constant current "I", then discharge the capacitor with the same constant current "I". Of course, u must accurately control the time of charge and discharge under the 5V peak voltage!

How do you know the supply is 0 and 5 volt?

I guess it's in IC world.
Maybe it's not correct. if it is not, then it will be not difficult to generate this.
