[SOLVED] generating high frequency square wave(24~25 MHz)

Without making any adjustments, please attach the scope probe to the calibrator output and show us the waveform on the screen. Set the probe to 10x and the sweep speed and amplitude so we see a trace maybe half the height of the screen and 3 or 4 cycles wide.

Finally i done will it, i got square wave, i set the trimmer in 10x probe. Eariler i was not using it, now i am getting square wave in all above mentioned ways...
