Flip flop "inverted output" connection

Where should the "inverted output" of a flip flop be connected (in the schematic) if i do not wish to use it?

what is your schematic entry tool? Cadence IC5/6 has "basic noConn" for this purpose.

But that seems to be a symbol "only", what should be done in the layout??

In layout, it can be floating. It will not affect LVS.
