On my bare bones transceiver, what will happen if I feed audio on pin 5 (RF output) of the sa612AN during TX?

I am trying to avoid lots of switching between TR/RX so I want to investigate if audio presented on pin 5 during TX (from the mike) will alter the operation of the mixer.
I guess audio will be presented on pin 4 as well but it is ok since the PA after it is RF.
What else?

Here is the datasheet which shows the simplified internal schematic of the sa612an
