I have question if you could help me please
I need to generate test patterns with don't cares I have used the following command:
atalanta.exe -X -r 0 -t s13207.pat s13207.bench
but unfortunately I have got the following error message:
Error in test compaction: ndetect=9664, ndetect3=4937
although I didn't get this message for the circuits smaller than s13207 circuit so all the circuits bigger than s13207 I have got this message
what do you think is this is because of test compaction but I need to use it and I have used -r 0 because I need high percentage of X
