Eagle pro library can be used in multiple versions of eagle Pro?

Hello,
I have done a Schematic/PCB design in Eagle Pro version 6.5.0.

If I upgrade to the latest Eagle 7.2.0, can I still use the library that I made in Eagle 6.5.0. ?

Also, my workplace has an Eagle Pro, version 4 licence.
Is it OK to use the library that I made in version 6.5.0 in the eagle version 4?


I heard that Eagle libraries, when opened in a different (later) version of Eagle, can never be opened in the earlier version again?
