who knows the how much drop voltage flyback converter or curve current vs voltage when loaded......

Do you have feedback on your design?
If you don't have feedback for controlling switch then you don't hope that your output will be stable (it is depended to it's power, if you consume high current your voltage drop P=V*I).
Also I think it will be dependent to your device specifications.
If you had feedback then it try to modify and correct your output however as you know, each component has a definite characteristics such as your switch (IGBT or MOSFET) and transformer
So if you have a correct design then it will work good and you don't have drop voltage.
Best regard

i using the sg 3524 to generated the pwm and to switch the mosfet....

my design...
vin=25 v, and i want to get the output 13,8 volt and the current 0,5 A,...

in datasheet of sg3524,there is formula to get the output that we want...,,, vo=2.5 v r1+r2/ r1...
i have did it,but my output not stabil....

what cause it...?????
please help.

I think your equation doesn't match with your circuit.
Please share your design so we could better discuss about that.
Regards.
