Doubt in Macro placement, it is a difficult one?

I'm using Encounter tool for floor planning,normal we can place the macros based on guidelines like following fly-lines,by checking each and every macro for their connectivity and talking macros, it take too much of time.

My question is :
Did any people know any script that shows macros which talking together and their latency based on connectivity by coloring the macros or generating the flow report file?

any other simple method for placement of macros ?

Please help me..!
