Design rules check

hello,

i am laying a pcb out with Pulsonix.

it is battery powered 10W boost converter.

Any good primers available or tips for Pulsonix?.

Especially, i know how to sync the .sch and .pcb files, but when you have layed it all out...how do you know its the same as the .sch ?

the Dsign rules checker always gives errors , so how do you know if you have an equivalent connection or not?
