Convert Virtuouso Technology file into Synopsys Technology

Hi,

Does anyone know how to convert a Cadence Virtuous Technology File (.tf) into Synopsys Technology File (.tf as well)?

The .LEF file that I have only contains BEOL layer and no information about poly/n,p-wells/implants, etc.

Thank you for any ideas.
