Conversion of log scale to linear scale (Silvaco)

Hello Sir/Madam,

I have simulated a MOS structure. I wanted to know the hole concentration in each region. When I performed the cutline I was able to get a graph in the log scale. Can I change the obtained cutline graph from the log scale to the linear scale.
