error in silvaco: simulator has unexpectedly exited with status: 3

hello, I was simulating the diffusion in silvaco and this error occured:

you may say that you have written the diffusion command wrongly. YES. I must write "diffus" not diffuse, but the error exists yet.

also, I have decreased the time of diffusion to 5 seconds but nothing changed.

i have the same problem when i tried to intall tcad 2018 after using tcad 2016

it tell me satuts 0
