consider 2 nmos connected in series

i need the answer of below questions..


consider 2 nmos connected in series


source of nmos 1 =vdd;
source of nmos 2 =ground;
and both nmos was in enable condition.

output was taken from drain of both nmos 1 & 2 connecting point.....

what about the output...

is it tied to high or low..?
