Communication between two GPRS modules

Hi all, i know that ip in case of gprs is not static.Every time we connect using a gprs we are given a new ip.
This means that to gprs enabled modules cant communicate with each other directly because we dont know the ips before hand.
Any article explaining this problem is required.
