Calibre PLS extraction problem

pls extraction

I'm running the PLS extraction from Calibre and got an error.

Basically I got LVS clean when i run LVS, and then when i run PLS extraction from Tool - > *PLS -> textual netlist import, it gives me a fatal error says LVS failed, and it points me to the lvs.log file, I read through the lvs.log and can't find what's wrong. I was searching online and found this site:

I didn't find the same problematic line in the lvs.log file, so i'm not sure if it applies to my problem. Has anyone encountered the same problem before? Any suggestion on what i should do?
