calibre layout netlist?

calibre layout netlist

Hi! I have done a layout for a current mirror, and calibre's lvs passed.
However, I have difficulties in analysing the layout netlist (M0 and M2
are weird). Can anyone help me in sorting this out?

layout netlist (I used ABBA layout arrangement, but the layout netlist seems eliminating 2 pmos)
