nwell/psub diode

Who know the break down voltage of Nwell/Psub diode(NWDIO) in TSMC 0.18um 1.8V/3.3V logic process?
The typical break down voltage, the minimum and the maximum.

Are the NWDIOs in 1.8v area and 3.3v area same? The psub will be same, the Nwell is same too?

The diode for 1.8V and 3.3V devices should be same.

I think the 1.8v NWDIO are 3.3v NWDIO are same too.

I want to know the break down voltage of Nwell/Psub diode. Any one know it?
The process is TSMC CMOS 0.18um 1.8/3.3V logic.

depending on thin and thick gate this breakdown voltage will depends..
