Bottom tracks under optocoupler

Can I route a bottom track under a top optocoupler?

May this cause any trouble in my isolation?

I think you'll be fine.

There could be an issue if the opto-coupler is used for high voltage isolation and it has pads on the underside of the PCB (DIP package for example). If it has, just be careful to keep your track sufficiently spaced from the pads to give the voltage isolation you required.
