BJT is faster than MOS-Every reply will b clicked helped

that is what has been talked about all the time.... everyone keeps talking about the MOS sized for high speeds... the reason people are not aware of the higher speeds of BJT is that they are used not that often due to the higher dissipation and size....
 

i cante seen any controversy on that, I agree that bjts are faster than mosfets, as i have seen many bjts operaton in the Ghz zone, not widely used beacuse of power dissipation, the fastest cmos transistor is slower than the fastest bjt, of that there is no discussion.
