Hi,
I am new to physical design.
Please guide me to the basics of physical design.
Will be great if anybody can share/upload the reading material/books regarding the same.

The physical design can be devided into 3 major steps： placement， CTS， routing. You can see <Physical.Design.Essentials> and <Handbook of Algorithms for Physical Design Automation> for more help.

Other than this...please refer to ASIC by SMITH...that should suffice i guess..
 
I am working on SOC Encounter, so I would like to know cadence flow .
