Hi,
I am new to physical design.
Please guide me to the basics of physical design.
Will be great if anybody can share/upload the reading material/books regarding the same.

The physical design can be devided into 3 major steps: placement, CTS, routing. You can see <Physical.Design.Essentials> and <Handbook of Algorithms for Physical Design Automation> for more help.
