I'ld like to get an idea about the ASIC fabrication costs for diff technologies based on area

The initial ASIC fabrication costs generally lie between $750,000 to $1,000,000.
 

it include mask fee , and wafer cost .
after your engineering chip pass through the test , you can spend money only for wafer cost .
