anyone worked with silvaco tool?

need some help in the mesh formation of ldmos devices with silvaco athena to get an accurate breakdown voltage
 

The manuals should provide pretty good description of all the commands that you need to use to refine and define your mesh.

Athena is a process simulation tool, its mesh is not optimal for device simulation (it's too sparse where it needs to be dense and vice versa - since the physics and effects involved in process simulation is quite different from those involved in electrical device operation).
