about Synopsys IC Compiler

I am using Synopsys IC Complier with Synopsys 90nm Generic Libarary

I always get this error

I don't know where is the right tech file to use...
Anyone can help? thanks

dump out the tech file from the mw database, and check for these values, if it dont have those then change the tech file with the correct one

check 2 things
1. your map input --> "-tech2itf_map" during mw creation lib
2. milkyway techfile is incorrect
