Hey I want to learn how to control DC link voltage? Please describe briefly for me. I mean I want to learn how does it work?

Please explain what you mean by "DC link". A radio link is for instance a two-way communication system to exchange data between a pair of stations.
What is your DC link? If two wires connect two stations, then you can use switches to control the DC current in the circuit. If you need to control the DC voltage, you can switch DC batteries connected in series, or use a voltage regulator.
