Hello,everybody.
As we know,the DDR-SDRAM device are compatible with the SSTL_2 IO Standard ,which parallel terminatation resistors to VTT are needed.
I'm designing a board using a kind of Mobile DDR-SDRAM device.The Mobile DDR'IO is LVCOMS .Is this mean that the parallel terminatation resistors are not needed?
Any answer will be appreciated.
