When I run PEX in Calibre I have a fatal error:
Rules file must contain a CAPACITANCE ORDER statement.

I'm a beginner and I need the PEX of an inverter layout!
Thank you

The PDK should have files with the parasitic rules in them. By default, these are named "rules.R" and "rules.C," but check the PDK instructions to see what yours are called and how to include them.
