Hi,
I want to make two Li-ion Battery charger. one charger for 9V, 2A Li-ion Battery and second charger for 30v, 2A Li-ion Battery. Can any one give me 9V, 2A Li-ion battery charger circuit or 30V, 2A Li-ion battery Charger Circuit for reference.
Thanks in advance.

Since they are Li-ion type, they need special care. Are you aware of news reports telling how they have caused fires and explosions? It's something to think about.

The usual advice is to use the commercial charger which was designed for your battery. If you decide to make your own, then you should read more information about what is safe and what is not, in regard to Li-ion.
