What is the fastest logic for building a 8-bit * 10-bit multiplier and could some one help with the code?

I could do with a 8-bit * 8-bit multiplier but i need the fastest logic

if u want design by urself.. use radix-4 booth reduction ,CSA adders for addition of Partial products ,CLA for final adder
