Hi all,

I am going to design a 20-bit delta-sigma ADC. Before I start, I want to know the feasibility of doing it with CMOS at 5V single supply. Power consumption is not a major concern, as long as we can meet the performance. Do you have any advice on designing a 20-bit delta-sigma ADC? Do I need go to BiCMOS? Thanks.
