Is it possible to get a 2,5V with 20ppm voltage reference using LM341A IC?
If not what should I use instead?

Regards,

Fernando

A 20 ppm reference is going to be a little more expensive than the regular 50 ppm ones.

I recommend
TI's REF3125: http://focus.ti.com/docs/prod/folders/print/ref3125.html

Maxim: MAX6033, MAX6035, or others: **broken link removed**
