Looking for IC Compiler Workshop Lab Guide document

Dear All,
It seems very difficult to find the Lab Guide document of IC Compiler workshop, because I've been looking for it a long time. I have searched it in EDABoard for many times, but all failed.
If you know where I can find it here or anywhere else, I will appreciate if you could advise. Or if you have it and you are willing to share it with others, I'll will appreciate, too.
Versions like 2007.03, 2008.09, 2009.06, or any others will do.
