Hi, Keith
You are so great !
Hamamatsu's products can satisify my requirement. It even has linear CCD which can support infrared detection!
Thank you very much!
I am study a project using infrared detection. Not like normal infrared application working between 780 to 940 nm. This project needs to detect the energy of light with wavelength between 1200 to 3000 nm. Unfortunately, normal device will have no response to light which wavelength is longer...
One chip solution is prefered. I do not like FPGA or DSP this time, because there will be a lot of software work to do.
The chip would supply digital bus to MCU to read back the compressed video data.
This chip should also supply NTSC or PAL anlaog video signal input channel or else it can...
In AVR mega serials, there is a analog comparator. But the datasheet does not show detailly about this part.
Because the output (ACO) is a digital signal, is there a Schmitt trigger exiting in the circuit? Also, is there any one who knows the speed limit of the input analog signal?
Thanks a lot!
imager chips?

Above website will help you. It is a professional company that concentrate on image chips. Many cell phone or PDA producer adopt its chips.
Thank you very much. Because the resistance between pins of MOSFET is very large, except the diode terminal, so I think I'd better test the MOSFET with a lamp.
Thank you again!
I am meeting a problem that the MOSFET I bought is bad one that can never work. Maybe they are pulled down by dealer from some old PCB board. So I want to know how to judge if they are good one or fault one with help of some simple tool, eg. multi-meter.
Thanks a lot!
Dear all:
I am terrible sorry that the problem is in the device itself. Because I choose a bad dealer, the MOSFET they provide me have more than 50% fault rate. This night, I change the MOSFET(s) for several times, and found that some device could work, and the others not.
I guess that the...
I wired source and gate of p-channel together when I made the test. During the test I put a resistor between drain and ground, I can detect current through the resistor. The current value is about Vp/R.
I will do a test seperately for p-channel tomorrow.
Thanks a lot.
Thank you coros!
In the first schematic drawing, I have tired pin3(Source of P-Channel)to the highest voltage level(Vp, about 12V DC), so I think there is no problem in it.
I wired pin3 and pin4 together just now, and tested the voltage of pin5. It is nearly the same as Vp, that means that...
I saw the advertisement of an oscillograph at the top of this website. It can realize a smple rate of 1G/s. I wonder how to realize it? Is there a AD converter has such high speed? or is there any memory can save the result data in such a high speed?
Who can give me some idea? thanks a lot!
To Coros:
Thank you very much!
I think the schematic is correct because it is P-Channel MOSFET. Do you think that it should be reversed between pin3 and pin4(5). I don't think so.
touch panel
You have two choices:
1) Make a simple circuit to interface with raw touchpad, and this cuicirt can be programmed to communicate with your PLC.
2) Buy product from market, Siemens is a good choice.
Thanks for your reply!
Yes, it is correct. This picture comes from datasheet of the manufacture. And I have tested that they are really corrected. In fact , I need them to be corrected together. Even the manufacture does not do so, I will wire them together in my circuit.
In fact, the figure...
