is it possible to replace theXC3SD1800A-4FG676I with XC3SD3400A-4FG676I ?
I have gone through the datasheet in that they have mentioned that" There are no migration footprint differences between the
XC3SD1800A and the XC3SD3400A in the CS484
package."
then is this two are compatible with each other?
Could any one solve my problem?
 

Hi,

You can replace it, you have to take care of pin assignment changes, PCB layout changes.
