Hello,

first of all I mean real hardware blocks of FPGAs, not HDL applications. I know that only newer devices has such blocks, but maybe I get to know models abut which I didn't know.

only one FPGAs having hardare floating point capabilities about which I heard are new Intel devices. See these links:
