Problem with MBHP PIC burner : PIC18F4550

Hello,
Im a newbie in uCs.....I made a programmer for burning bootloader from this site(Based on Brenner5):

It is passing all the tests given in the "Testing" Section of the website but it doesnt recognize the PIC in the programmer......
Can anybody Please Help me.......because I spent a lot of my time in making this...
