corner simulation

how do i make my circuit work at the corners SS, FF at 0 and 100 degrees?
The circuit is working fine for 27 degrees at all corners.

corner simulation

In spectre or ADS?

Re: corner simulation

it is hard that ur circit works on all corners

unless u take care of ur biasing properly

in spectre...
plz tell me the techniques that are used to design circuits in such a way that they work at all corners

A constant current bias is a must. The current value should not sensitive to the variation of process corner, supply voltage and temperatue.

I cannot agree because in most of the curent sources current depends on the value of one resistor. 90% of circuits works well with the such current sources. The main trick here is everything should changes at the same time.

In IC610, there is specification based design environment combined with corner analysis tools, maybe it will help.

Your lowest temp is 0degC only?
Ours is at least -30degC.
