Can I know the difference between MPP guard ring and fluid guard ring in cadence?

Thanks.

Fluid guard ring is type of pcell, while MPP is a path (might be composed from a few layers defined in proper template).
So, difference is noticeable.

You can learn more about them from virtuoso layout suite documentation. For fluid GR should be at least separate manual called Virtuoso Fluid Guard Ring User Guide.

Can I know what is meant by Pcell?

Thanks

Thank you, Eng. Dominik for your fast response.

What I am asking is what is meant by Pcell itself not stands for what

Is it type of standard cells come in PDK?

Thanks
ICL
