JTAG pins as General I/O

Hi,

I'm using Altera EPM7064S and need the JTAG programming pins to be used as general I/O during system operation. Is there any way to do this using the QUARTUS II software?
 

assignment->Device..->Device&Pin Options..->Dual-Purpose Pins
 

hi dear,
jtag pins r dedicated pins ,they can not be used as gpio.
