Hello all,
Is it possible to design phase shifter of bandwidth around 80MHz.
If someone has material on it then pls provide

Re: Phase shifter

You need to specify the center frequency. One method is to use variable capacitor diodes and a branch line coupler.

Re: Phase shifter

means we can design.
can you give me some material on it

Re: Phase shifter

Sure, easy as falling off a log! You would, of course, use lumped elements. I have a bunch I bought on ebay (mechanically tunable) that have coils and capacitors in side and work great at 75 MHz.

Electronically tunable, the only trick would be to get a big enough capacitance varactor diode. Probably need one around 22 pF at 0 V.

Re: Phase shifter

Start with a brahcnline coupler at your frequency. Top left is input, bottom left is output the two right ports have equal reactances to ground.
