I'm using XTR111 IC for voltage to current converter, 4-20mA generator, etc., The IC is providing more stable output current. I'm using a part of internal circuit for my constant (1mA) current sink.
I need to reveal the internal circuit of current mirror. I'm wondering to know the type of current mirror of internal circuit. The current mirror has a gain of x10 & current sink to source conversion capability. I hope to avoid the quick saturation of the MOSFET, they multiply the current with the gain of 10.

Here I have attached the LTspice simulation of the V-I converter. Please help me to expand the current mirror circuit

Regards
Udhay
