Hi,

How to enhance output power in class A power amplifier in Ka band for 0.15um GaN HEMT. Iam presently getting 28.8 dbm for input power of 21 dbm. Even in 3 stage PA also, Iam getting same output power although gain has increased thrice.

Thank you

You read recently published reputed research papers(IEEE, Elsevier, Springer etc). In the paper, they will discuss clearly how they are enhancing output power of PA. You follow the same carefully, surely you will find solution for your difficulty. And you can visit following postings and you will get some ideas.

--- Updated ---

You can also try for Class-B push-pull amplifier to get more output power of PA.

Have you ever heard the term "Compression" ? You last stage enters into compression therefore the Delivered Power does not increase.
You have to design your the last stage first to able to get desired power then the stages can be designed accordingly.

Yes, it is true. As you said first designer has to design last stage.
Bigboss,
Can you attach any simple last stage(attaching screen shot) to improve output power of PA that would help lot to researchers of PA designer.

Hi,
Thanks for the suggestion.
Can you please attach a PA output stage design to improve the output power.

Also, can you please tell me what is this t_node in this transistor.
What should be the potential for this.

It's you who will improve the Output Stage to get more power, not me. There is no such "sample design" for all purposes. Every design is unique.
