change low power FM transmitter to any frequency?

can you modify a 1 watt fm transmitter to transmit on ANY frequency? What part do you need to change or modify? Thanks.
 

Do you already have the 1W FM TX with you? Share the schematic then it is easy to suggest the modification/ change to other frequency.
 

change L and C(tank circuit) values. by using the formula 1/(2*PI*Sqrt(LC)) you can place it on any frequency. But you may also need to have a transistor whose Ft is above the desired frequency.
