can lm35 temperature capter be wired to a 16F628A?

LM35 outputs an analogue signal. 16F628A has no ADC. So, you can not wire it directly. However, you could use an external ADC. Or you could use a PIC with an internal ADC. Or you could use a sensor that outputs a digital signal, like the DS18B20 suggested by tpetar or the DS18S20 or MCP9700 or something similar.

If, however, what you need is to compare against one specific temperature (or two), you can make use of the internal analogue comparators and you can use these and in this case, can interface the LM35 directly with the 16F628A.

Hope this helps.
Tahmid.
