Hi

I would like to ask, for 60GHz technology, is it possible to use BJT instead of FET or HBJT? If yes, how do you bias the BJT to suits the 60GHz frequency? Is it by process-wise or schemati-wise?

Thanks

i think 60 GHz , usually employ GaAs HBT , or HEMTS , recent research is done for CMOS as well

but BJT , i think no

khouly
