I've build my new pickit2 programmer...and it's almost working.
Pickit2 detect and communicate with my board fine, but i have some problem in my VDD pin. During tests (from troubleshooting), i got and error: "An external voltage was detected on VDD pin at 2.7 volts" (in red)...

I've done building my potyo2 version, but is not working.
I'm getting -5v on both PIC's instead of 5v. That could be wrong? Also, windows doesn't recognise and nothing happens.
I'm using the original PDF schematich from wiki.

I've build potyo lastest board and i have 2 questions:
1) What's L1 component? It's just saying 170u, but it's a capacitor or inductor? I think it's 170uH, right?
2) Where can i find a layout for adapter board?
