Hi,
even I have an ISRO Interview but can you elabolarte that whether I need to study Microwave.Actually I am Mtech in VLSI design and have been working in Analog Domain.
What kind off questions are you expecting.
Thanks,
Abhi
Hi Experts,
I am new in RF domain. I have worked mostly in Analog domain.I wanted to seek advice that which book should I read first for Basics in RF, Thomas. Lee or Razavi's. Or is there is someother basic book.
Thanks in Advance,
Abhi
andy,
One thing , what does it signify that we donot use min L transistors in 90/65nm. Are you trying to imply that even though the tech permits designers use larger values of L ??
And if yes.. Why???
Why then the need to make Analof designs in 90.. why not stick to 130/180nm??
Regards,
Abhi
Hi,
I am making a LVDS in 130nm CMOS tech.
My Specs are :
275 - 2000mVp-p differential input range ; 400 - 750mVp-p differential output range.
Can any1 plz suggest me that;
1.What should be maximum current for my current mirror (atleast some rough value);
2.What can be my maximum size of...
For Basics,
Book by Kang is good;
Then if you are interested in digital look up for digital Int design by Jan Rabaey et all and as far as Analog goes you can consult Razavi or Allen & Holberg.

SAR ADC
Hi All,
I need to design a SAR ADC in 130nm.Can somebody provide me with materials/links/refernce material for the same.
Thanks in Advance
Abhi
Comparator Design
For Comparator Design,
Plz refer
1.Analog Integrated circuits by Ken & martin
or 2. CMOS Analog Design by Allen Holberg.
I personlly like, Ken & Martin's approach.
Regrads,
Abhi
