Hi Experts,
I am new in RF domain. I have worked mostly in Analog domain.I wanted to seek advice that which book should I read first for Basics in RF, Thomas. Lee or Razavi's. Or is there is someother basic book.
Thanks in Advance,
Abhi

Re: Lee or Razavi

Lee is better

Lee or Razavi

Razavi's RF Microelectronics is also a nice book!

Lee or Razavi

i think abidi's paper is a good choice

Re: Lee or Razavi

Lee is definitely better. More practical and well explained.

Re: Lee or Razavi

razavi book is much better in design point of view..

Re: Lee or Razavi

it will be great to read both , RF design need a huge amount of info and skills

khouly

Re: Lee or Razavi

Razavi introduces many physical concepts except the mathematical equation.

Lee or Razavi

both, or more

Lee or Razavi

If you work just in analog domain then I think: this books isn't the best. (Razavi: Analog CMOS IC design is good)
if you work in the RF domain as well then:
both, but before them any other book which contain the basics of the electronics, integrated circuits and microwave techniques.
For example (Gray&Meyer, Sedra&Smith and for microwave Pozar, Gonzalez,...)
